Our sprats are caught in the Baltic Sea off Poland and frozen individually. Each fish weighs approximately 14g and measures around 11cm long.

Whole sprats are naturally rich in marine omega-3 fatty acids and can provide variety within a suitably balanced diet.

Sprats are small oily fish containing naturally occurring marine omega-3 fatty acids, including EPA and DHA. They also provide protein and a range of naturally occurring micronutrients.
