These products are packaged in our vacuum pouches and may have some slight imperfections and discolouration but are still perfectly fine for feeding.
Please note that our vacuum-sealed packs, while designed to preserve the freshness and quality of our products, are not as robust as some other packaging options. During periods of hot weather or extended delivery times, they may be more prone to defrosting. It is at our discretion on which days we send these products, dependent on the weather. If you were to request delivery during a period of very high temperatures, we would not be able to accept liability if the products were to arrive defrosted. We will contact you to discuss delivery during these periods.
