We source wild East Anglian, human-grade hare that’s originally prepared for the restaurant and retail trade. Wild hare is naturally lean, rich in protein and packed with nutrients, making it a fantastic option for a more novel protein. Because these hares live naturally in the wild, they’re free to roam, forage and behave as nature intended, which is something that really matters to us when choosing ingredients.

As with all wild game, we can never guarantee this recipe will be completely shot-free, however every batch is manually inspected as carefully as possible.

They are super durable and can be used time and time again. We're supporting a circular economy where materials are kept in use for as long as possible. When you’re done with the packaging, it can be recycled and turned into new products.

Recycling and using the recycled material will use much less energy than producing new containers. To support this effort, please rinse your container and remove the adhesive label before placing it in the recycling bin. This simple step helps ensure that your container is properly recycled and doesn't end up in a landfill.
